Hi All,

I seem to have misplaced the bolts that secure the intake manifold to the cylinder head.

The last time saw them was before the head went to the machine shop.

Does any one have a list of the sizes I need to replace them? I cant seem to find anything googling around.

Thanks

Best bet is find someone w/ exact parts on dead engine or go to junk yards.

84-86 L4 engine....

Bolts... Seems several different versions depending location.
+ most or all take hardened washers to spread load so manifold won't break.
Long bolts or missing washers then bolts can bottom out or worst.
Can't use standard washers that bends etc.
Torque values are for Clean Dry Threads unless some threads need sealer etc.

22P book say...
Bolts/studs...
m8 1.25 thread 30mm long
m8 1.25 thread 15mm long # 3 4 & 5
m10 1.25 thread 35mm long #7
washers... m8x20mm 2.5mm thick hardened

Note: I believe Studs in this case are stud top bolts to attach other parts like wire hardware. Sim to some head and T-bell bolts to ground wires etc.

Use Ferpro intake gasket. Not OE or others. Made to stop #4 cyl getting coolant when gasket has problems.
