Has anyone drilled the thermostat housing on the intake to make more water ports I plan on running my inlet heater core hose here and as well going to be installing my coolant probe here for the fan adjustable fan switch controller to work. The outlet for the heater core I was going to tap the front hole where the plastic elbow would go is these 2 spots ok to use. I’m as well running the 2.8 fiero t stat housing what gasket do I use to Seal the mating surface together ?

It's easier and more sensible to use the port in the LIM beneath the S/C snout as the heater core feed.

The heater core return can go to the left (lower) port for the elbow.
They can both be tapped to 3"4 NPT without drilling.

This just clarified a bunch of headaches for me thank you very much kind sir
