Is there any areas of the body that are made of sheet metal? I really gotta know big time.

Body shell is all FGlass, Plastic, etc.
Everything else that body connects is metal of some type, mostly sheet steel.

None of the body panels are made of metal. The only thing metal on the whole car is the space frame, which is under the body panels.

The black center vent and side panels on the back of the 84's are made of magnesium

The backing pieces on the front and rear fascias, for attachment to the fenders and rear clip, are made of stamped metal.

None of the body panels are sheet metal.

In view of the above, the OP now realizes that the Fiero is a car that rusts from the inside out and they do.
