Good Afternoon, All,

I am going to replace my power window motors with Rodney's really fast motors.

I searched and found the really excellent thread by josef644.

My question is pretty simple: is it easier to do the replacement with both the inner panel AND the door skin off?

TIA

Larry

I replaced all my motors on both my cars.
I only removed inner door panels to do them.
That's enough work as it is...

Thanks for the advice....I thought maybe I would save enough time on the motors and regulators to justify pulling the door skin as well.

Just like mentioned above, the inside door panel is all you need to take off to get to the motors. Now if there is more going on, these cars are old, you can take the outer door skin off as well to better access everything. That is not very hard to do either.
