Does anyone know of a way to clean female connectors or do I need to buy new ones?

Thanks!

A nail file works wonders if you cut it with scissors to fit into the female portion. Dielectric grease afterwards for longevity.

Clean HL Bulb Connections?

Most times doesn't need cleaning even when grease looks "Bad."
Bulb Grease (Basically Cosmoline) looks bad even after a few months because grease gets a lot of crap. More so w/ cars like Fiero where sockets are more exposed to dirt in the front of car when off.

If want to clean or just check terminals is a notch on front to release them.
See my Cave, Defect & Connection notes steps 2 & 3

Note: Replacement Bulbs may have iffy terminals on them but often the sockets are still good because they have bulb grease on them.

Dielectric grease can work but brake grease or bulb grease is far better here and other places w/ bulb grease. Either won't wash out or run when hot.

Can get bulb grease and brake grease @ most auto part stores.

Check Grounds near HL assembly... Those are installed dry but are iffy now because GM cheap out there. Clean terminals and metal and coat them w/ brake or bulb grease.
