I have a spare Getrag that I want rebuilt to replace my old worn-out getrag. I asked the NZ gentleman at the trany shop about it and he told me that certain parts can be hard to get- especially the plastic cap inside the bellhousing. He wanted me to bring him the model number to make sure whether he could source those parts for it.

Are all Fiero Getrags the same? What is the exact model number? And where could I locate the model number on the Trans?

Thanks for any help!

All original equipment Fiero Getrags were the 282.
