Does any body know how many silver 5 speed formulas were shipped to Canada? Found old post from George in 2006 that
139 formulas made it to Canada. Thanks

From Robert Casey's book: https://www.amazon.com/All-...tities/dp/1976308631

Formulas: 5643
auto: 2746
5 speed: 2897
silver: 261
To Canada: 139

It shows 27 silver GTs were shipped to Canada; no colour breakout for Formulas.

The book displays his email; maybe he has add'l info not shown in the book: CRobertLJ@gmail.com

I found from Canadian National Study Report that there were 70 MG2 5 speed Formula Z49 cars. There is no breakdown of the 307 notchbacks
E37J other options just totals. So of the 32 silver cars there does not seem to be any info on how many were formulas. Maybe John Willhoff will
have the data some day- an almost impossible task. Keep up the good work John.

Not to hijack, since we are on rare colour fiero's, wonder how many yellow Canadian formulas were brought to Canada?

Can't remember if there was any Formulas with gold wheels. Just black. That was a GT thing. I know, I have one. (white paint, gold rims)

Looks like there were more silver 88GTs percentage wise in Canada than USA.

Over the years, I heard there was 20 yellow Canadian 88GT's GM imported.

The most popular colour for the GT was imported was black. (to be confirmed)

It would be interesting to know if more automatics imported than 5 speeds.

Also heard there was 100 white GT's GM imported.

There is much interest and speculation on this information.

I'm interested...
