I'm not sure about the WCF springs, but Eibach front springs measure approximately 3.5" ID, 4.5" OD, 11" long. The length of the spring will depend on how stiff it is, and the desired ride height. Stiffer springs compress less, so they need to be a little shorter to achieve a particular ride height. For example, my Eibach springs are noticeably shorter than stock, because they're stiffer and have about 1" lower ride height.

On a non-adjustable suspension, getting the correct length springs can be a headache. But you could make the spring a little short, and shim it to the desired ride height. Or you could modify the suspension crossmember to have adjustable spring perches. With the stock Fiero control arm and a 2.5" ID spring perch added to the crossmember, you can use Mustang-II springs. There's a good variety of Mustang-II springs available.
