here is a quick write up on how to make your own brackets and what you need.

1. 10-24 3/4 inch screw qty:8
2. 10-24 washer qty:8
3. 2" 1/4 screw qty:8
4. 1/4" lock washer qty:8
5. 1/4" washer qty:24
6. 2" springs qty: 8
7. 1/4" jack crush washers qty:8
8. 18 gauge metal 4 1/8" x 5 1/4' bent as follows 1" /90degree/ 1 3/8" / 90degree/ 2 1/4 left
9. stepper drill bit
10. drill bit for initial hole

1. mount the brackets to the back of the headlight
2. place the headlight with bracket onto the head light carrier
3. use clamps to hold the headlight in place
4. drill 4 holes for the outside screws
5. expand the bolt holes on the headlight carrier to 1/4 using the stepper big
6. expand the holes for rhe out side screws to 1/4
7. install jack plate screw crush bolts
8. install the hardware as shown

Holy Krap this is an EXELLENT write up ...I am really happy to see you doing this upgrade using LEDs headlights and adapting them to my 4 x 6 buckets. Its a great feeling to see people like you go above and beyond with what was my original design of which was based on Fiero1Fan 90mm. He stopped making them many years ago but after many people wanting them I redesigned and upgraded his 90mm ... shortly after came my 4 x 6 and then 60mm.. Thank you again for your work .... will be sending ya a token of my appreciation...
