Is the 4t
60e trans have diff mounts than the 4t65hd trans?

If the 4T65e is a later transmission (2000+), then it may well have a different mount on the rear side. The one I installed (2000) required a different mount when I upgraded from the 4t60e. Talk to Fiero Rog.

And I might add 2004-2008 4T65eHD transmissions require different mounts and different PCM shifting signals than the 95-03 4T65eHD transmissions.

Probably want to tell us what you are trying to do. For example, some people think that they can use the 4t60e with the 2.8L or 3.4L swap and you can't. You can use the 4t60 (no 'e') for that application the 'e' at the end is electronically controlled. It will work if you are doing a 3100/3400, 4.9L or 3800 swap as those PCM's will handle the electronic controls in the transmission. I don't believe that an ECM will control the electronics in a transmission. I just want to make sure that someone new reading this is clear on what can/can't be done.

What i'm thinking of doing is removing my 4.9 auto swap, and installing a Ls4 with out the fly by wire , dod, tap shift, and use a different ecm.
