am looking for a blocking plate similar to this with the following dimensions:
68mm wide
40mm tall
50mm bolt hole spacing
8mm bolt holes
Thickness not critical

This will be to block ports used to pump air into the exhaust to meet California emissions. I am deleting that. Anyone have ideas on a place to get these?
Thanks
Daryl

Check this link.

If no luck just grab a piece of metal at Home Depot. All you need is a vise, jigsaw, and a drill.

Two things I should have mentioned.
1 I have spent hours on eBay/other sites with no luck.
2 this is for the LFX engine I am swapping into my 88 so fiero parts won't fit.
Thanks for the suggestions anyway.😁

If that pump was only used on the California emissions applications, then there might be a GM block off plate for it when they didn't need to install the pump (possible export applications too).

Do you have a picture of the pump flange that was removed?

Have you checked the ID of the hole to see if there is a freeze plug in that size?

Actually GM just didn't machine the opening for the non-California version.

Well, I took Spoon's advice and made a couple from some aluminum I had sitting around. Not exactly CNC quality, but they should work. Ironically, I spent more time looking online than it took to make them.
