Just to follow up with an ongoing problem starting almost 2 years ago. After testing many other parts on engine I started learning how fuel pressure is tested. Very slow leak with a bad injector caused the problem. Pulled the injectors out with rail connected and watched an injector leak. Replaced injector with new and regulator for future and it is like a new car. ------ Clamp supply and return after pressurizing. Watch the slow drop. Were talking about happier then a pig in (&^(&*^)! Hope this helps someone. P.S. Thanks for all the guidance as to not knowing what the hell is going on.
