The warning light shows an oil pressure and antifreeze temperature warning. Does anyone knows what oil pressure and/or antifreeze temperature causes the warning light up? I had an antifreeze leak and the light came on but the temperature gauge did not show a high antifreeze temperature (less than 160). My chief concern is that something else might be causing the warning light.

Thanks

Are you talking about one light or two?

There is only one light for both.

Is this a stock Fiero? What year / model and engine, etc?

Oil would light up when oil level (pressure) is low, I am not aware of an oil temp warning?
When the coolant level is low the light will come on. When the coolant temp is way too high it may come on.

Looks like you are talking about this light setup, which I haven't ever owned...

On some cars that is where the battery light is, and the temp light for the radiator is to the left of it.

I have only had 86 2m4s, 88 Formula, and 87 GT.

That light was only in '84. I am guessing the sensor input must be the same as later years. Oil pressure would have to go below 5 Lbs. or coolant temp above about 245 degrees F.
