So I was going down the road and hit a lot hole not too big but after that I noticed my speedometer quit working and stays at zero anybody know what could have happened everything else works

VSS plugs in to dash under left side of pod.
Need to remove lower trim panel to access.

VSS maybe fine but Speedo board is "dead."
Speed needle, odometers, and Buffer to ECM can "die" for one function and not others.
Watch the odo and CE light.
Odo/trip may still work or not. (Reset Trip and write down Odo then drive then see if numbers charge w/o actually looking.)
ECM will "flash" CE light and set DTC 24 but can seem to be random because ECM have "rules" to set 24 and no signal doesn't mean ECM will always set 24 right away. You might need to drive 10-30 miles and at different speed to finally set 24.

VSS will putout some AC volts when you jack and turn a wheel. Any volts tells VSS and gearing are good. Then try same at speedo connection.

Okay yea I noticed the odo and trip aren't going up so try another gauge? I have another fiero I can swap in it
