I have two interference's regarding the install of my Allante intake. First, as shown in the picture below, the TPS sensor attach fasteners are riding hard against the trunk wall. Second, the throttle spacer/heater rides hard against the rear rocker cover. Has anyone else has these issues? I think a ball peen hammer can fix the first issue. Do I need to buy an Allante rear rocker cover to fix the second issue?

Wow! I didn't have those clearance issues. Either of them. I left my spacer in place, but I think I may have removed the pipes from it.
If you install the spacer, it will likely eliminate the clearance problem between the TPS and the trunk wall.

Found the problem with the spacer/throttle body heater. The hose clamps on the hoses were below the hoses interfering with the rocker cover. Once I removed them the spacer fit just fine.

Also once the spacer was in place, the clearance for the throttle position sensor attach bolts was significantly improved. No problem now.
