I've got the "harness" made for a car I'm constructing (1986 GT,sort of ) the harness is made per GM tuners, but now that I'm looking in the Engine Compartment, there is NO Fuel Pump Or AC RELAYS or wiring at all in the car ! Could someone post a "Diagram" of Where all the wires FROM the AC relay and Fuel pump Relays are supposed to go, so I can Make that part ? I've got spare relays w/ pigtails, but don't have a clue as to where to wire them to. LOL Thanks

I've been wondering this as well, but I had been under the impression to wire these relays in the same manner that the Fiero did?

Normally you can wire them to the existing fuel pump and A/C relays located directly behind the drivers seat firewall inside the engine compartment. In fact, if you utilize the existing C203 connector wires coming through the original pass through (assuming you are mounting the new PCM in the stock inside location) you can keep those original wires intact and integrate them into your new harness, other than adding the wires from the 3800 harness for fuel pump control, ac request, and ac clutch relay. The best picture of this is the color diagram provide from the sinister performance website. The best way to get the sticky beeswax type of stuff apart on the original pass through connector is with a heat gun. Start out slowly with one wire at a time until all wires are removed from the connector. Yu can use it later for the new harness to re-enter the firewall to the the new PCM. If of course you are installing in the stock location.Curtis

you seem to be "missing" the point, I Cannot wire into the "Existing' relays and wires, there ARE NONE . someone yanked it all out. all there is, is the plug for 203 inside the car and the 500 in the engine compartment ! I think I've got the fuel pump relay figured, but I haven't run across a "readable" diagram of the AC relay wiring. (what I've found, I cannot even see with a magnifying glass)

I really need to know where the Light Blue, & Dark Blue Wires From the AC Relay go To, (I'm taking for granted the Black w /white stipe is Ground ?)
* Actually, on the Relay w/wires I have, it looks like the Light Blue wire was connected to Both a light blue AND dark blue wire from the factory, but that's where it was cut off ! I hate it when people just cut out wires ! Thanks

Light blue. A/C on input. Goes from connector B8, to A/C pressure cycle switch and to relay.
Dark blue. A/C compressor control relay. Connector C2 Direct feed from computer connector to the relay.
Bear with me. A little weak on wiring diagrams, but have them all in front of me (86 gt, and 2003 park Ave. 3800sc)

It is on the one, just not the other...

I pull newer sealed relays from the junkyard, so my wire colors never match up anyways. But wire color doesn't matter, they could all be black... Pin number does matter...

I always wire my relays to sit inside the car down by the c203. It's a little harder to tuck them through the hole, but I don't like seeing them in the engine compartment.

Let me know if you need anything else Lou.

Not my diagram

3800 relays have the indications on the relay socket.

I suspect the stock Fiero relays have the letters on the socket also.

Personally I use newer relays. They don't have all the black goop, they are newer and the bottom of the connector has the numbers on them. Initially I did it to keep the weather out, but I ended up putting the relays inside the car.

Edit: I googled the Omron relay and found that phonedawgz apparently wrote up a thread: https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/121280.html
