I have the TPS connector and the colors are the same as any other GM TPS I've ever seen, blue, grey, black, should I assume I can connect blue wire to blue wire, grey wire to grey wire etc. 2nd. Does anyone have a pinout for the 2000 Northstar MAF/IAT.

Irrespective of the pin-out, realize that
the N* MAF table values must be imported into the 3800 program for proper fueling. I didn't use a N* MAF because the tables were hard to find. I used the LS1 75mm MAF as the table is readily available as is the LQ4 table. With the N* TB and N* MAF the flow changes and you must be prepared to tune the MAF values. It wasn't hard to do with the LS1 MAF but before the change I was running very lean at the lower frequencies of the curve.
At cruise conditions the 3800 flows less air than a N* at the same RPM and therefore on the lower end of the MAF curve the fueling becomes leaner. At the higher rpms the 3800SC flows more air and that pushes the flow rate into the higher MAF frequencies and you can run richer. Point is that if you go larger on the TB and/or MAF, you will need to tune, preferably with a wideband O2 sensor.
