I found that the ECM in my car have reserve for 2nd O2 sensor. No error code.

I only have one installed, no provision yet for a second one.

Should I have the signal from the O2 sent to both inputs ?

If you are not getting an error code with the second disconnected, then the PCM is programmed to ignore it.
