I'm gonna try to upgrade my cooling system by using flexible stainless steel hose. i think i wanna use 2 pieces on the radiator and 2 pieces on the rear connecting the coolant tubes to the engine. The engine is a 1999 3800sc with auto trans. I want to know 2 things:

1. what size / diameter flex hose should i get ( 1 and 1/4 ?)

2. What length should i get for the rear connections to the engine ? i think i read somewhere the passenger's side connection to the engine is 18 inches and the driver's side connection to the engine is 36 inches.

By the way, i'm planning to use a champion 3 core aluminum radiator which i think still uses the green coolant.

Thank you.
