I am replacing all my motor mounts in my fiero. Any particular order they should be replaced?

I had the car idling the other day and someone sung out to me and i forgot that the car was going and I let go the clutch and of course it stalled. Since then when I push in the clutch I get a bit of knock when the clutch goes in and when I let it out and give her gas quick, not when I gently push on the clutch. i can also feel the gearshift move more then it used to.
Figured it was time to replace them as it is OEM parts, something got to give.

The way I did mine was, unhook the dogbone, engine, trans, then dogbone. Had no problems.
