I have to make an axle, and I need some help.

It needs to be from end to end about 24.5 inches when sitting outside the car, CV joints in their normal positions not stretched or compressed.

The transmission side spline count needs to be 34.
the wheel side spline count needs to be 33.
Looking to go with an M20*1.5 nut.

This is for a 1990 chevrolet Beretta, I swapped the 4T60-HD into this forum.
I know this is not a Fiero, but I really need help, and you guys are the only ones who seem to have experience swapping axles around on these years of vehicles from GM.

I'm hoping there is an axle that is good that I can just buy, but if I have to swap the center piece of the axle, I can do that.

I changed my post, I added more information.
Maybe someone here can help me in making a custom ale or finding an axle of the proper length?

I have been doing a lot of readon on these forums, and know which cars you guys pick from, but your Fiero has a longer track width for the drive wheels then my car, maybe you guys will know what can make the correct length axle?

A good counterman at the parts store should be able to take your info and match one up. From personal experience, use CARDONE remanufactured axles, as they use GM-spec components inside the tripot and CV.
Good luck with your project!
