Does this clutch pedal bracket look bent? by echocharliepapa

So my clutch pedal sits even with my brake pedal, and I am just barely getting disengagement when the pedal hits the floor. Got under there to take a look and I think the U-shaped bracket attached to the pedal is bent like it has been on many others' Fieros. Does it look bent to you?

This is on an 88, but I have a service manual for an 87-- would the procedure to remove the pedal be the same?
