I'm hoping to make 400hp on an L67 with a Holset HX40 turbo. Are there any JY options for injectors? I have read that Ford V8 CFI injectors can flow 60 lbs/hr. These were in early to mid 80's Fords. CFI stands for central fuel injection, as in throttle body injection. There are only 2 injectors for a V8 engine so they have a pretty high flow rate. I'm wondering if anyone knows if they will fit.

It's better to find some used GP specific injectors on a grand prix forum or ebay. That way when it comes to tuning its plug and play for the most part.

There is some 80lb siemens on a grand prix facebook page for $200. Might be able t find a used set of 60's for a bit cheaper if you search and wait. I would plan for the future because you know you'll have that up to 600hp in now time.

So do you think I should go 60 or 80? Will I have trouble getting it to idle with 80's? This is going to be a street car.

By the way, can you tell me a little about your setup? 10.91 is pretty fast.

I don't think you'll have any issues with idling either. You'll probably never max 60's on pump gas.

click the links in my sig.
