87 gt, 2.8 v6. Used felpro in the past, not a huge fan of the paper they use, any suggestions. Leaning towards victor reinz.

I got the gasket from fiero store (not the one that comes with it, the other one) and it's holding pretty well. *Knock on wood*

Make sure you "clamp" the timing chain cover to the block before you loosen the water pump bolts.

I just changed mine and I used the sticky gasket paste from NAPA that was recommended here along with the paper gasket that came with the pump. I think the sticky stuff also helps seal plus it holds the gasket in place.
