Hello once again guys. This summer I'm going to be starting my 2001 3800SC into my 87GT with 5 speed Getrag. I would like to do all the work myself and would like to know if there is a step by step service manual that is related to only the engine and not the other crap about the 2001 Regal it came out of ? Something like a Chiltons or Haynes with pics and torque specs and what to align if I replace the timing chain. I've searched all over this site and the internet but can't get a solid answer. There are a couple engine builders in my area but many of my buddies have been bent over by them and their cars have big blocks in them and are old school 70s era engines. I would just like to start up reading on this engine and learn more about it and do the work myself. Thanks for your time.
