Ok i have a 1995 pontiac fiero. long story shoshort it dies maybe after ten minutes of running. Ive replace the fuel pump about a year ago and filter, ive also replaced the oil sender and the senders cconnector, fuel pump relay and now the ignition coil. Im only 18 and just want a soild running fiero so please help. It just shuts off like you turn the key off. You even here the pump when it shits off.

If you try to re-start it after it stops, look to see if the tachometer needle moves a little when you crank the starter. If it just sits on the peg, you probably have lost your ICM.

It does move when i restart the car. After it dies after the twenty minutes it dies even quicker once i restart it, like maybe within 3 to 5 minutes.

If it starts immediately after stopping, then the problem might be something else. Usually when a bad ICM gets warm and goes bad, it needs to cool off for a while before the car starts again.

Itll start after but each time you restart it thereafter the run time gets shorter and shorter to the point it wont start anymore till you let it sit for a while.

Sounds like an ignition control module. Pull it off and take it to autozone and have them test it. When they test it have them test it about 5 times to get it nice and warm.

Replaced the icm and hey what do you know, shes beautipul, thanks ill be sure to reupdate later if shes better.
