Urethane if you want better handling, more vibrations and a jarring ride. Rubber for comfort and enjoyment.

In the process of replacing all the bushings on my 88. Decided on rubber because I didn't want a harsh ride and I've had squeaky suspension problems with poly in my last car.

I second... But I love my poly. Feels more solid.. Make sure to use the grease that comes with them when installed

I found there wasn't enough grease provided with the bushings... not even close! Rather than go as thin as possible and risk squeaks, I picked up a small tub of the propper grease from a performance store. I've had to pull links off before and regreased them as long as they were out. Nice to have extra poly grease on the shelf!
