Its the auto shifter surround. Its been hot glued twice and keeps comming apart, any suggestions?

Gorilla glue, but not sure how well it will work now that hot glue is on the vinyl material.

Gorilla glue is what I have used as well. Follow instructions and use alot of clamps to hold it in place while it dries.

Gorilla glue plus a lot of clamps worked for me also. One thing to be prepared for is that the glue expands and you will likely have to clean/scrape some of it off the console. It was a bit tedious but not a difficult job.

I have had excellent results with JB Weld. It has held for many years now. It does take time and lots of clamps have to be used.

I have also heard that Rhino glue works well. Sets up pretty fast. Sold on Amazon.

Want it to LAST, Remove the Foam under padding, wash with some wax/grease remover, then use Gorilla glue Or GOOP.
