Today I got my GT tail lens from The Fiero Factory, along with an isolation relay. My other one seems to have more 'goop' inside of it.

Here is the new one, on the bottom ports it has a very small if any goop. Im assuming it helps with a connection and it looks like it could use some new stuff. Any idea what it is? Where I can buy some?

BTW, The Fiero Factory rocks, if you guys are looking for pieces and can't find them in the mall, definitely give em a call.

If it was me, I'd just scoop it out of the old relay with a popsicle stick before i throw the old relay away.

I took out all the old stuff and put brand new stuff in.

When your doing this:

Don't over do it, make sure it is at the bottom and spreads out evenly. Don't try to get too much on the prongs because it has a possibility on restricting the connection. Just my .2

Nope. most Dielectric "Grease" are silicon oil based... Does work most times.
GM likely used "Bulb Grease" or something relative to that and you can get it under that name.
Bulb grease doesn't melt/run easily. Silicon grease will, faster when parts get hot.

The pin/socket connection makes metal to metal contact, this is not an issue.
