No idea what needs to be done, or how to use them, I push buttons and nothing happens. Any common problems with them?

Only the drivers seat came with the lumbar support from the factory.....although some people have added it to the passenger side too. If you're not hearing anything when you push the buttons then it could be a bad pump/motor. I would also look at the bladders when you take the seats apart.....they have a tendency to rip, tear or just crumble with age. Hopefully it's just an electrical connection. Have you checked for a blown fuse?

When you figure out what's wrong, let me know if you need replacement parts. I have an entire unit (minus the bladders) that i'm not going to install in my car.
