Would someone be willing to do a photoshop of my car and do a color change on her? Currently the car is victory red. Im planning on doing a vinyl wrap on her in either matte blue metallic by 3m, or matte red metallic by 3m. I wanna get an idea of what she will look like before i go and spend 1700 bucks. Would someone be willing do attempt this for me?

It's not hard to do if you can provide a clean medium resolution photo of your car. Take some time to get the view you like in good light, and post it at about 1024 pixels wide.

Metallic colors are next to tough to Photoshop. They are very reflective, and get most the look because of it.

Personally, I think your best bet is to Google the colors you are looking for. You can get a very good idea of what it is going to look like, even if it is not specifically on a Fiero.
(These images are 'hot linked" so not sure if they will work, or how long they will last if they do)

For instance here is the Flat Blue metallic:
