I know there is a thread (tried a search),for putting together Coil overs. I already cut the lower spring perch off the Struts and repainted them. Have a kit on the way. Can someone please post a "link" ? thanks

I'm not sure if that's the same kit I bought off ebay, but the springs are only 5.5" in length. I've removed and installed 12".

They are specifically sold as 84-87 Fiero rear kits (1-2 inch lowering), How can they ship 5.5" springs? that would drop the car 7 inches ! If thats what shows up theres gonna be trouble.
How much did it cost you to "replace" the springs that were "supposed to be right" to begin with ? Thanks

ended up canceling the sale. No way that kit can fit (even if you Don't cut off the lower spring perch) would still be a 4" drop. Ordered the Correct parts from Summit ($150 "delivered" for the whole thing)
