Well i was in the middle of fixing my inner tie rod witch i thought was my problem but turned out to be something else. Don't have the slightest clue what is wrong. Didn't even know how to describe it. So here is a video. Hope someone can help.

Looks to me like the Rack is shot. there should be NO up and down movement in the rack shaft

Worn out bushing in the steering rack - it is common - yes this is why your front end is loose.

likely Pass side bushing (other end of rack) and/or bushing for "preload" the gear are bad/loose.
