Is someone can tell me if window´s door of a gt 86 can fit on my SE 87?

All doors and windows are interchangeable... but '84 were slightly different at the top where the outer panel hangs. So, yes, if you are swapping door windows.... it will work.
There is nothing different between GT and SE chassis (structurally) when it comes to the chassis in these years.

Note, if you are talking about the sail panel, those are completely different, because of the rear clip design.
