has any one ever tryed a larger clutch mastercylinder
and what would fit
I changed new master cylinder and slave and bleed
still have to push clutch to almost to floor to shift

That means there is still air in the system...a larger master cylinder won't help that problem.

If you pump the clutch pedal rapidly, does the dis-engagement position change?

Mine did the same thing until I replaced the pedal. It didn't look bent, but it was. Replace your clutch pedal with a new steel one.

Also could install Rodney Dickman's dual seal slave cylinder and use his bleeder screw with the one way valve
