I am wanting to add more speakers to the fiero. I am in the middle of adding behind the seat subs. The car is a convertible so there's no B pillar. I picked up a pair of component pods that I'm thinking of putting in the door since there no room for kick panel speakers. Any other ideas for speaker locations other than the center console as I use it.

With a couple of sheet metal screws, you can move the map pockets just about anywhere on the doors you want.

Yes, you can move the map pockets as they are only attached to the door panel fiberboard (just reuse the hardware and drill new holes in the fiberboard). In my convertible, I installed headrest speakers (my instructions are on Mr. Mikes site). I had speakers in the center console door and that was ok, but I really liked the headrest speakers. You can also slip some narrow speakers behind the vents for the computer (center console). I wouldn't recommend it, but that is where the conversion company placed the B-pillar speakers.

I don't know if youve seen the new Fierostore door panels, but they could give you the answer you're looking for.

Yeah I seen them but I am planning a dash swap in the future and am not sure if those will go with what ever I decide to use so I didn't want to waste that money.
