The F23 is in the race car, cable routing and bracketry is complete and it works.
Waiting for the brake pads to be delivered and it will be on the ground.
4 weeks in the shop. not too bad for my first try at this swap.
Thanks to everyone that coached and advised.
I was a PITA for a while but having never done one it was a learning experience.

I know the feeling. I am just finishing up my 4T60 swap. (just the transmission) It's the easiest out there to do, but still lots of headaches. The up side is I learned so much, and learning is always a good thing. Practice is good too. I can drop a Fiero cradle in under 2 hours now. It has given me the bug to do an engine swap. I can't wait.
