Is this the correct clutch for the Getrag 5 speed, and 3800 SC? Can it handle the torque?

You don't want a just the stage 3. The stage 3 has a VERY aggressive engagement and tends to chatter. The 3+ is much better because the disc is a continuous design.

I have the stage 3 and I don't have any problem with chatter in my V8 swap. It's pretty smooth.

I have SPEC Stage 3+ on a more or less stock 3800 SC Series II (3.4 pulley and around 258 hp/300 ft lbs torque at the wheels) and it is delightful to drive. I also use a SPEC Stage 2 clutch on a turbo 3.4 engine and it is very smooth but this car is likely a bit less hp than the 3800 SC engine. So far my experience with a SPEC clutch has been very good.

I had a Stage 2 in my 3.4 car. It chattered when it was cold and slipped when it was hot.
Probably won't be doing that again.
