Is this the correct EGR valve for the 2.5 1986?

Yes, the Brand Standard EGV534 is the correct aftermarket replacement for you 86 2m4. To double check are there any readable numbers on the EGR valve you have now?

Where can I get the EGR hose or the fitting that goes on the end of those that plugs into the EGR valve?

It's been a long time since I worked on a 4cyl, any chance you can post a pic of where it connects to or the part.
