I've finally got around to reinstalling 4.9 with the caddy auto transmission.
The only snag is the metal vacuum line coming off the back of transmission.
Where does this connect to car?

Isn't it strange that after a bombing, everyone blames the bomber, his upbringing, his environment, his culture, his mental state but … after a shooting, the problem is the gun?

Plugs into base of throttle body with a short piece of vacuum tubing on the distributor side.

Sorry I missed your message earlier. I was downstairs working. Didn't have my phone with me.
It's the vacuum line from the transmission modulator valve. It's connected to manifold vacuum (or the throttle body, below the throttle plate..)

I believe that its the far left hose nipple on the throttle body rear.
