How do you keep the water pump from turning when reinstalling the the pulley bolts? Dumb question I know, but I know there has to be a simple solution.

Run them all down sung, then put the belt on and tension the belt before torquing the bolts.

They make strap wrenches that let you hold the pulley in place.
sears has them for cheap.

^ That's the way I do it. Can use the belt itself as a make shift strap wrench at times if need to.
