What order do the Spring/sleeve/ pin go into the steering wheel for the Horn (under the horn button, GT Wheel)? Thanks

Horn spring into the hole
Put the pin into the sleeve with the flat side of pin at bottom
Push in the sleeve/pin assembly and give a a slight clockwise twist to lock it into the holder.

The flat side of the pin is against the spring and should rebound if pushed in.
