So, just recently replaced my radiator, everything worked properly when tested after.

just the other day the temp went wayyy up and I did some simple checking around.
I haven't played with the wiring because when I turn the a/c on, the fan also turns on.

I can only figure that the fan switch connection is interrupted somehow
since the a/c activates the fan and everything cools fine after. suggestions?

Probably your fan temperature switch is bad. You can jumper the two connections and see if the fan comes on.

If you replace it get the 210 degree version, it doesn't let the engine get so hot before it turns the fan on.

I have the 210 switch from Rodney.

way up means... 240+ upto 260.

I'll try to see what I can do as far as jumping the connector to test.

easy test, just ground the green/white wire at the temp switch. The fan should come on with the key at that point, if it does bad temp switch, if it doesn't bad wireing.
