I am attempting to find out in a gm radio from an 07 solstice can be adapted to work In a fiero. I know the late 90s and early 2000s can be done. It seems from what I am reading is the newer units are integrated with the bcm. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Newer OEM units are integrated with the BCM and VATS, and are tied to the VIN, yes.
