I'm looking for some "generic" specs for a mild cam for a 3.4 push rod motor. My engine has one in it, I have no idea who made it or anything, just that it is a mild cam. Looking for some general specs to send to the guy flashing my 7730 chip.

If it really is a very mild cam, you probably don't need to take it into account for rechipping. In fact why rechip at all - the stock ECM is very capable at allowing for reasonable mods. A Crane 260 cam, for instance, works just fine with stock ECM program.

Kinda shooting in the dark if you don't know what the exact camshaft is.
"Mild" could just be the original stock cam. But see Option "b" this poster is considering.

I found these sites some time back.
(save the list somewhere in case the site disappears - makes the link useless)

Stock camshaft specs here: http://www.engine-parts.com/GMV6/28camspecs.html

Just about all 2.8/3.1/3.4 camshafts (some probably brands not around any more)
