2.5L changed plugs, rotor, cap, fuel and air filter. Starts, idles, runs and drives good but I get a heavy whiff of fresh oil everytime I start her. Oil, antifreeze and trany fluid look normal. There is more than usual white smoke from the exhaust at startup. It smells normal, no gas or antifreeze. The smell goes away right away after she starts. Wondering why

On my 2.8L it was worn valve stem seals. A little bit of oil drains into the cylinders after I shut it off and burns up when first started. Did your old plugs have any oil residue?

Actually all the old plugs looked great for being factory. They all had normal wear. I put a 4L jug in for an oil change and oil level is just above the normal zone.
