I just purchased an 84 with a stock duke and am asking fellow Canadian owners where to get parts from online. Not a list of every place that I can google myself but good reliable companies that won't soak Canadians with shipping and prices. I have trouble finding an air filter, coil and wires even. What if I need a motor mount or axle? I know the parts are floating around somewhere. Thanks

Depends which side of the border you wish to pick your order up from. I often order from RockAuto, but I don't like what they charge to ship to Canada. I use either a friend's address across the line or one of the drop-ship locations in a US border town.

You don't need to go online... NAPA and Canadian Tire still carry many parts but you may have to specify they are for a different car. For example if they don't have a listing for a Fiero coil, then some Firebirds and Camaros of the same vintage are listed and used the same part. As for spark plug wire kits, they're getting harder to find so I've bought universal kits in the past which just force you to crimp on one end... not very difficult to do and it allows you to make the wires exactly the length you want them for a nice clean appearance.

Parts that I bought was from NAPA and Canadian Tire, but I purchased a slave cylinder from Rodney Dickman and some odds and ends from the fiero store.

And you can still use rockauto to quickly and easily find those interchange parts. It's not 100% reliable, but very good.

Wow thanks! I was able to get a cap, rotor, plugs and air filter locally with the help. I was a little worried last night. Let the old cars survive!

I use RockAuto and the Fiero Store. I check shipping....sometimes cheaper for me to pick it up from our US shipping address, sometimes not. I also use Summit Racing on occasion.
