This may seem like a dumb question, but I have zero clue on the alternator/starter/battery wiring.

I have the computer powered through the post under the c500 connector, and the alternator connected to the computer, but where do the heavy duty wires come in to power the starter, alt, and battery?

Heavy gage cable
Battery positive to starter (big lug)
Battery negative to block

Smaller gage
Battery positive to Battery Junction Terminal
Alternator charge to BJT
Battery negative to chassis

I put a fusible link on the cable that runs from the power distribution post to the alternator.

I also put a fuse holder (10A fuse) on the wire that runs to the alternator voltage sense and PCM unswitched power.
