Does anyone know what part number to use for....

This is the problem. I'm not sure of the year. The donor car was a 97 but I was told the engine came from a 04 monti.Looking up part number I get different ones for these two year models. How can I be sure which year the block is?

thanks

96 to 99 the series II 3800 NA had the same injectors then in 2000 they changed and used a different electrical connector. The series II 3800 SC were all the same or at least interchange and the series III SC and NA engines also got different injectors that used another type of connector as well. Dan
