Hey guys,
I have looked around the net for an answer to this, and came across one that is semi equal to my question.
I have a V6 1985 Fiero GT
after I start it and let it idle down to about 700-600 rpm (tach right?)
I pop her in driver and get a nice jolt and slam, (I had a 1984 once ironduke engine that did the same thing.)
But when I put it in reverse its as smooth as can be.. lol
any ideas why the fieros do this?
is it normal?
safe?
Some of the information I had found online suggested motor mounts, but that was for someone that had it slam in gear for both forward and reverse.
where as like I said mine only seams to do it for drive.
Just curious
Thanks for any info
